platime Privacy Policy
At platime, your personal data is handled with the same care we give to your gaming experience. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe — in plain language, not legal double-talk.
Our Privacy Principles
Six commitments that guide how platime handles your personal information
Minimum Collection
platime collects only the personal data that is strictly necessary for operating your account, processing transactions, verifying your identity, and complying with Philippine regulations. We do not collect data speculatively or beyond what serves a clear, stated purpose.
No Third-Party Sale
Your personal data is never sold, rented, or traded to third-party marketers or data brokers. Full stop. platime shares data with third parties only where required for service delivery, regulatory compliance, or fraud prevention — never for commercial gain at your expense.
Secure Storage
Personal data stored by platime is protected using industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access to personal data within our organization is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis, with audit trails maintained for all data access events.
Your Rights First
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have enforceable rights over your personal data. platime makes it straightforward to exercise those rights — from accessing your data to requesting its deletion — without unnecessary friction or delay.
Full Transparency
We tell you upfront what data we collect, who we share it with, and how long we keep it. No hidden clauses, no vague catch-all language. This Privacy Policy is reviewed regularly to ensure it reflects our actual data practices — and updated whenever those practices change.
Retention Limits
platime does not hold your personal data indefinitely. Retention periods are tied to the purpose for which data was collected, applicable legal requirements, and regulatory obligations. When data is no longer needed and no legal hold applies, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Data Protection Officer
Our Data Protection Officer can be reached via the contact details provided in Section 15 of this Policy. The DPO is responsible for overseeing platime's data protection strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and serving as the point of contact for data subjects exercising their rights under RA 10173.

- Consent: Processing based on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent — primarily for marketing communications and non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing already undertaken.
08 International Data Transfers
Some of platime's third-party service providers — including gaming software suppliers and fraud prevention partners — may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred internationally, platime ensures that:
- The receiving country provides an adequate level of data protection as recognised by the NPC, or
- Appropriate safeguards are in place, such as contractual clauses that impose data protection obligations equivalent to those under RA 10173, or
- The transfer falls within a recognised exception under RA 10173, such as where the transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party.
You may request details of the specific safeguards in place for any international transfer by contacting our Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 15.

- Security Cookies: Cookies used by our fraud detection systems to recognise and flag suspicious device or session behaviour.
platime does not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect your ability to log in or use certain features of the Platform.

13 Minors & Age Restriction
The platime Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations. platime does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.
Age verification is a mandatory step in the registration and KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned to the depositing payment source, and the personal data associated with that account will be deleted in accordance with our standard breach-of-eligibility procedures.
If you believe that a minor has registered on the Platform or that platime has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21, please contact us immediately at the details in Section 15 so that we can investigate and take appropriate action without delay.
